
Within WBT, Nigel Oldfield Sports Promotions are responsible for television, sponsorship and all commercial contract negotiations.
The focus surrounding WBT is to specialise in the production of televised indoor bowls therefore creating a more contemporary and enjoyable spectator viewing sport to the general public.
Since taking on these responsibilities NOSP has increased the number of WBT tournaments from just three to now eight with record television coverage covering a variety of broadcasters including BBC, Sky Sports, Eurosport and ABC in Australia.
The players involved with WBT are of the highest calibre from around the globe which only adds to the fresh approach as to which we are endeavouring to convey. Here at NOSP we aim to take Bowls in a commercial and mainstream direction to further progress its distinguishing qualities and provide it with the credit it deserves.

Super Series Bowls
In 2008 NOSP successfully launched its first ever Super Series Bowls tournament. This was streamed live on the internet through the online gaming company bwin and was a great success in its initial year.
The event consisted of 4 individual tournaments in which the top 32 World Ranked players (as ranked by the WBT) who entered competed over 4 week periods. The tournaments then concluded in December in a Champion of Champions event which took the top 8 performers throughout to decide on 1 ultimate Super Series winner. The overall results are detailed below:
